I’m James Broadus, Principal Broker of Diversified Realty Holdings, serving homeowners and real estate clients throughout Central Florida. My experience includes residential and commercial real estate, property management, investment properties and real estate brokerage.

Today, much of my focus is helping Florida homeowners successfully sell their properties.

With my Full-Service Listing, I provide professional guidance throughout the transaction, including pricing strategy, MLS exposure, marketing, negotiations, contract management and closing coordination.

For homeowners who prefer to take a more active role in their sale, my Flat Fee MLS service provides professional MLS exposure while offering an alternative to the traditional full-service listing model.
